Tomatin 21, 1990 - Whiskey Pure Malt, distilled at Tomatin distillery in May 1990 and designed in barrels of 21 years until December 2011. In the process of making whiskey is caramel color and not subjected to cold filtration.
spicy aroma of whiskey filled with hints of vanilla, jam, bread pudding and oil. The taste of whiskey shades of cinnamon, nougat, coconut ice cream, shades of peach nectar feel. The finish is spicy, along with notes of citrus peel and mint.
The whiskey is beautiful in its pure form as a digestive.
