100 Pipers 1L is a mixed whiskey and currently discontinued that is named by the amount of pipers preceded Bonnie Prince Charlie in battle. Produced by Chivas Brothers for the first time and then sold to Seagram in 1949.
Whiskey is a mixture of 25 to 30 whiskeys. It has a sweet caramel aroma, vanilla with touches fresh citrus and malt. The palate is creamy, smooth and sweet handfuls of nuts and vanilla are revealed. The finish is warm and soft which gradually becomes hotter over time.
Pair it only pure ice or little water.

La primera destilería de Seagram se fundó en 1857 en Waterloo, Ontario, de donde procedía su fundador, Joseph E. Seagram. La empresa fue más tarde adquirida por Samuel Bronfman, quien fundara Distillers Corporation Limited y mantendría Seagram hasta finales de los años 1920. En 1928 Distillers Corporation Limited fue adquirida por Joseph E. Seagram & Sons pero fue mantenida por Bronfman.
