Las temperaturas suaves del verano hacen que la uva madure lentamente, conservando todos sus aromas varietales y una importante acidez, necesarios para la elaboración de vinos frescos y afrutados. El suelo granítico, arenoso y muy permeable permite obtener vinos muy finos capaces de resaltar al máximo los aromas varietales.
