Description
Het Anker Brouwerij is characterized by the production of high quality, as Carolus Classic, a beer created in 1369 and is considered one of the oldest in Belgium.
In preparing aromatic ingredients and caramelized malt type, exclusive Belgian hops and yeast-fermented used.
A combination of good quality ingredients that result in a beer dark color with a layer of delicate foam, which has a complex sweet aroma and where I perceive notes of fruit, caramel and honey, its malty flavor combines get perfectly braised dishes, pates, hunting and sabayon.
