The history of CVNE dates back to 1879, located in Haro in the Barrio de la Estación, this winery was near the train tracks, which for a time helped transport wine. In its vinification process, two fermentations are carried out, the alcoholic and the malolactic, both in stainless steel tanks with neutral yeasts, a wine that is aged in traditional American oak barrels for a year, a period of which is rounds off and achieves those classic notes that make it so special.
