Because of the hot and humid climate of Taiwan, the Kavalan whiskeys are usually young, since aging is much faster. Kavalan Solist, is one of the ranges of Kavalan whiskeys, it is the Kavalan Solist Ex-Sherry Cask Strenght. Whiskey a single barrel which has aged and which previously held sherry Oloroso.
