St Feuillien is a brewery founded by Stéphanie Friart which initially was engaged in the production of light beers in Roeulx. In 1950, after World War II, son of Benoît Friart, owner of the brewery at that time takes care of facilities and begins to produce a wide range of beers, where the beer St. Feuillien.
2009 was the year that launched the St. Feuillien Saison, a beer that was crowned with the World Beer Award the same year of its release. Saison is a ""seasonal beer"" very popular part of the family of special Belgian beers, a regional top-fermented beer with a second fermentation in the bottle.
A classic beer that has a warm golden appearance with a particular aromatic profile tinged with an aftertaste quite bitter, bitter beer refreshing and restorative.
