Description
The origins of the brewery Saint Feuillien back to the seventh century, when the Irish monk Feuillien lived and worked in Le Roeulx, in 665, Feuillien was assaulted and murdered whose figure was recalled in the founding of the Abbey Norbertine where beer and whose activity ended during the French Revolution was made.
Stéphanie Friart was in charge of picking up the thread and founded the current brewery in the former premises of the abbey, the business currently still owned by the Friart family, which is Benoît Friart as deputy director.
Within the range of beers St. Feuillien, is one that is distinguished from all others, the Grand Cru. A beer with no spices that presents an extra blond flavor that has a powerful finest personality, a mixture of hops noblest and fermentation aromas that give as a result a light beer with a full lasting bitterness of nuances characterized by its hoppy character.
