The origins of St. Feuillien brewery dates back to 1125 when some young monks built the abbey of Saint Feuillien in Le Roeulx, place of pilgrimage and where the monk was killed Foillan. For years the abbey has been a place of cultural and economic activity, but because of the French Revolution the abbey and the brewery disappeared.

In 1873, Stéphanie Friart, founded the brewery Saint Feuillien in the former premises of the abbey, Friart worked to develop light beers have won numerous awards and is currently under the command of the fifth generation of the Friart family .

A range of beers well known in the world that has different styles, one is the St. Feuillien Blonde, a beer golden color with crown abundant and soft foam having a distinctive hop aroma with citrus and spicy background that has an intense malty taste quite bitter.
