Struise Brouwers is a Belgian microbrewery beers that began developing in 2011. His first creation was performed in a small barn on an ostrich farm called De Noordhoek, located in Lo-Reninge was a wheat beer style Witte called Struise old.
In 2003 the new creation, Pannepot, a Belgian beer marketed Dark Strong Ale that has a wide range of beers. Among them is the Pannepot Special Reserve. Strong Ale beer matured in oak casks which has a very fruity flavor of strawberry, banana and dried fruits.
In the mouth a balance between sweet and sour shown with notes of coffee and caramel combined with oak notes ending with a long aftertaste and bittersweet.
