This beer is a tribute to the daughter of Count Jean de Namur and Queen of Norway and Sweden, Blanche de Namur, whose term lasted from 1335 until 1363. A white beer that stands out for its softness, its beauty and delicacy, features that had Blanche de Namur.
A wheat beer quality that has achieved outstanding for three years the best white beer of the world. A Witbier produced from hops, malted barley, wheat, coriander and orange peel with high fermentation has a fruity aroma and spicy which has a smooth and refreshing flavor cilantro and pepper.

Todo comenzó en 1858 cuando Martin Belot, agricultor en Purnode, prepara una cerveza por primera vez en las dependencias de su granja. Al principio, la cerveza se producía solo en invierno, el personal no estaba ocupado con el trabajo de campo fuera de la temporada alta. Además, el descubrimiento en Purnode de una capa de agua excepcional por su calidad y cantidad, fue una gran ventaja.
