Liefmans Fruitesse is a beer from Belgium created by the Liefmans beer, its origins date back to 1679 when Jacobus Liefmans founded his own brewery in Oudenaarde, Belgium. Jacobus used the remains of crops of cherries from their neighbors to enrich their beer, which introduced its maturation tanks.
A fruity beer having a mixed fermentation in the first phase, a strain-fermenting yeast is used later is inoculated by a mixture of bacteria and aggregate fruit, the second fermentation is done from ferments natural and fruit (strawberry, cherry, blueberry, etc.), finally maturing is done in barrels.
A beer reddish with a light and creamy foam color pink very persistent, very light and refreshing with a sweet and pleasant aroma of fruit in the mouth has a complex flavor and balanced between sweet, bitter and sour.
