Leffe Blonde is a beer brewed in the Abbey of Notre-Dame de Leffe, an abbey where monks Norbertine Canons which were characterized by their enormous hospitality lived.
A beer that was created once the abbey and the brewery were closed because of the French Revolution and thanks to the union of the abbot Nys and master brewer Albert Lootvoet could resume his role creating new traditional beer Leffe together new flavors.
A beer golden color and subtle flavor achieved Garacia to the ingredients used for processing. A touch of vanilla and cloves that give the beer a mild flavor accompanied by a fresh and elegant scent.
