Description
Pierre Gobron and Chris Bauweraerts are the founders of Brasserie D'Achouffe, a famous Belgian beer born in the late 70 which is manufactured La Chouffe. This beer was launched in August 1982 and was a success for the company. Currently La Chouffe beer is distributed in over 40 countries.
The Chouffe is a Belgian unfiltered beer, high fermentation and second fermentation in the bottle made from water, yeast, malt pale barley, hops Saaz and Styrian Golding and coriander, the second fermentation is performed by adding yeast and sugar before bottling.
A strong Ale creamy and persistent foam where fruity aromas and citrus dominate with hints of coriander and hops flavor is intense and pleasant which highlights malt, herbs and fruit.
