The process is similar to that of her sisters, a triple distillation of grain is mixed with English flowers to obtain a liquid with a marked Mediterranean character we might even say it. A process that for three generations has been used to obtain a mixture where bitter and mild flavors come together.
Its blue color is achieved thanks to the mixture of algae, vegetables and fruits, although the exact recipe remains a secret, its aroma is spicy floral notes, finally it tastes somewhat bitter, but just still fresh with hints of juniper.
