Black Blues Abbey is a Belgian-style stout Dark Strong Ale brewed with oats two four types of hops and barley malt passing through a process Wooding Dry French oak.
This process gives the beer a vanilla aromatic touch that gives that touch so distinctive that moves away from the classic beer style Belgian Abbey.
Thanks to the dry Wooding this beer flavors get woodsy oak French with small hints of vanilla, the taste is a little bitter, but thanks to the malts used to bring flavors of vanilla and caramel not done so bitter.
