The house Sauza, located in Jalisco, Mexico is responsible for the production of Sauza Gold tequila gold. The origins of this house date back to 1873, when Cenobio Sauza got one of the oldest distilleries in Jalisco, where manufacturing is still currently Sauza tequila.
A young mixed tequila of 51% alcohol distilled from agave and other sugar cane, its double distillation with pure water and agave blue by traditional Mexican method contribute to the end result a softness and a sweet aroma.
A tequila soft scent which is perceived agave cooked and caramel taste is fresh and smooth with a pleasant presence of vanilla and agave perfect to take alone or in cocktails.
