Dominio de Pingus, is one of the legendary wineries in the Ribera de Duero which is under the supervision of the winemaker Peter Sisseck. Among its wines is one of the most sought wines of the country. </ P>
Flor de Pingus is part of the wines produced by this winery made from 100% fine Tinto Designation of Origin Ribera de Duero. Its preparation has been used grapes harvested manually, once hold payments made vinification separately in stainless steel tanks, the liquor obtained is divided and 50% malolactic fermentation in new casks and the rest in tanks stainless steel. Finally rests for about 18 months in new French oak barrels. </ P>
Wine aroma of black fruits, spices and smoked founded in mouth has a fresh and elegant flavor with hints of barrels. </ P>
