Founded in 1991, Bodegas Enate work based on three basic pillars, its development, which include high quality wines, respect for the environment and finally, its relationship to contemporary art.
Among his creations is the breeding Enate 2014, a red made from Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon from the winery's own vineyards. Production process starts with the fermentation of musts separately in stainless steel tanks, once finished the malolactic fermentation, each variant is transferred to different barrels which pass nine months, the Tempranillo in oak barrels and Cabernet barrels French oak. Finally, both are mixed to end plus another 18 months in bottle.
Enate Somontano Crianza 2014 is a safe value, awarded several medals that has an intense aroma very complex in the mouth shows its dense and balanced flavor.
