Aalto PS wine is produced by the Aalto winery, a company founded in 1999 by Mariano García and Javier Zaccagnini, two experts in the field who combined their knowledge to create a project with a single objective: to show the great potential it offers the Ribera del Duero grape.
Among its exceptional wines is the Aalto PS wine (Selected Payments), this red is made from a single grape variety, the Tinto Fino. Its alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel, wood or concrete tanks, depending on the vintage. The malolactic fermentation, however, takes place in French Allier oak barrels, where it will also age for at least 24 months.
A very elegant Ribera del Duero that gains in flavor and aroma over the years, a wine that is considered by many to be one of the great wines of Spain.
