Benriach is a traditional distillery founded in 1898 by John Duff located in the heart of Speyside. A distillery has been working with his ability, his knowledge and his experience in creating whiskey.
Among its products is a series called ""Wood Finish"" in it are some whiskys as Madeira, the Dark Rum, Pedro Ximenez or Tawny. The latter, like everyone else, are part of the Premium whiskey distillery in particular the aged in bourbon casks and finished in barrels of red port where you add grapes to give you a taste more fruity.
A whiskey sweet aroma and subtle where notes of creme brulee, honey, cinnamon and coconut accompanied by notes rich Porto and oak are perceived, it tastes nice, a mixture of caramel, cinnamon and peach with oak and herbs .
