After completing his training, Manuel, a talented chef, entered the world of craft beers. His passion for organic chemistry led him to immerse himself in the brewing process. On the other hand, Carlos, upon finishing university, embarked on a journey towards experience. This trip took him to Denmark, where he spent five years working in the field of energy efficiency. During this time, he had the opportunity to collaborate with important beer companies in various places such as Portugal, Mozambique, England, Botswana, Scotland and the United States. Manuel built a home-made beer machine, and Carlos showed interest in getting to know this device up close. This is how the idea of establishing a brewery to market arose, which eventually became Zeta Beer. Both were aware of their potential and decided to venture into creating their own beer, although they initially intended to produce it on a smaller scale. Their focus was to create a more sophisticated beer, leveraging technology in their brewing equipment to ensure superior quality and an all-natural product. Finally, in 2013, Manuel and Carlos made the decision to leave their jobs to make their dream of founding Zeta Beer come true.
