Description
Bodegas Protos monovarietal wine made from Tempranillo. This winery was the first to settle in the Ribera de Duero and since its inception has always had a clear objective, offering fine wines.
Air Protos Rosado is made from Tempranillo grapes from vineyards with less than 25 years, which is harvested manually 10 days earlier than other grapes. Once in the winery, an initial fermentation in concrete tanks ending in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts and isolated from the vineyards themselves. Once a completed, the wine is aged on fine lees for a few weeks so you get more mouthfeel.
A pale pink wine that has an intense aroma of red fruit on the palate is fresh, tasty and fruity that has a very spacious, pleasant and harmonious finish.
