Carlos Moro, was the founder of the winery Matarromera winery responsible for creating Melior Verdejo wine, fresh and elegant wine by grape Verdejo whose O.D. Ribera del Duero is.

This white wine is made from Verdejo grapes from two different farms, both located at 750 meters and sandy loam soils. Once harvested and transferred to the cellar, a fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, which takes about 10 or 14 days. Finally, the wine before bottling stand for 3 months with its fine lees.

Melior Verdejo 2017 wine is pale yellow with greenish touches that has an intense fruity, floral and herbaceous aroma very crisp and elegant in the mouth shows an average structure, freshness noticeable with an elegant fruity sensation plus a bittering very smooth finish.
