Description
Martín Códax has the honor of having among its products the first semi-dry from Rías Baixas, the Marieta. A different, original and fun Albariño.
This white wine begins its vinification by destemming and pressing the clusters, followed by a natural racking that lasts between 24 and 36 hours, once finished, alcoholic fermentation is carried out in tanks stainless steel, fermentation that is interrupted by using cold. After several rackings, it is stabilized in the cold and filtered before bottling.
The result is a yellow wine with lemon reflections that has an intense aroma of white-fleshed fruit with a citrus background that in the On the palate it becomes light with an intense and sweet mid palate with a fruity and citric aftertaste.
