The Winery Ossian Vides y Vinos presents its white wine fermented in barrels, Ossian Capitel, 100% Verdejo whose designation of origin is Castilla y León.
Ossian Capitel is a wine that has managed to take away the elegance, finesse and longevity of the Verdejo grape vines prefiloxéricas organic farming. Its development begins pressing whole bunches, without de-stemming, in a vertical manual press with the grape treading. Once obtained the must, this is fermented with indigenous yeasts in barrels of Burgundian style, decant this wine remains in French oak barrels for 10 months on its lees and with periodic bastoneos to complete their upbringing.
A wine very vivid golden color that has an intense aroma of wild flowers dstaca to have a fresh flavor and slightly elegant balsamic notes.
