Harvesting takes place when the grapes are at optimum ripeness, a harvested once moved to the warehouse where they are macerated cold for a few hours and then move to a fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature. Finally it is aged in new French oak barrels for six months before being bottled and remain on hold at least another six months before leaving to the market.
