Description

For its preparation, first grapes are harvested manually collected at its best ripeness. Once in the hold they are macerated and fermented simultaneously for 12 or 15 days, once finished is passed malolactic fermentation. Finally, it is aged in French oak barrels from Allier forest for 10 months.

A wonderful ruby-colored wine that shows the typical floral aroma of the Pinot grape, its taste is soft and delicate, very pleasant on the palate.
