2 Ces is the young red wine of Bodegas Chozas Carrascal, a wine made from the mixture of three types of varieties, Bobal, Tempranillo and Syrah that has O.D. Utiel-Requena.

For its preparation, each variety is vinified separately. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures with maceration for two weeks and three weeks Tempranillo for Syrah, during maceration two daily bazuqueos and two delestages are performed. Finally, the wine of each variety flower is transferred to barrels of two and three years for five months, and then make the final mix before bottling.

A great red wine red bright and cheerful pillory where predominates the aroma of red fruit with notes soft toast and balsamic on the palate is fresh, intense and smooth with a sedosidada outstanding provided by the Syrah grape and the estructrua of the Tempranillo.
