La Dehesa of the Canons Reserve is the most special house wine, red wine elegant classic that was recovered to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the winery.
A red book with Designation of Origin Ribera del Duero made from three grape varieties, Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon and Albillo. For its production begins with manual harvesting, once in the winery and normal winery, winemaking is done with indigenous yeasts, which are used in fermentation that lasts about 8 or 12 days. His wine is aged in American oak barrels for 20 months and then another 4 months in new French oak barrels.
A wine of cherry color that gives off aromas of black fruit together with toasted wood give that touch of chocoalte and licorice as intersante in the mouth highlights its elegance, balance and enveloping aroma which has an end persistent.
