La Bodega Pago de Carraovejas presenting wine that has made history in Spanish enology, the Anejón. A red Crianza Designation of Origin Ribera del Duero made of fine Tinto, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.
To prepare this excellent red breeding first fermented with native yeast and bacteria own unique and original farm in French oak vats from forests managed under the ""haute futaie"" system. Aging is carried out in selected barrels superfine grain French oak for 12 months.
As a final result, a red wine is obtained closely with purple hues that shows multiple sensations fruit nose with notes derived from breeding, elegant taste very firm and suggestive.
