Vinícola of the Priorat is responsible for drawing up the red wine with O.D. Evolució Onix Priorat, a wine that combines three types of grape varieties, Samsó, Grenache and Cabernet Sauvignon.

A wine made from grapes of selected strains which are manually harvested and transported in boxes to avoid miss their qualities, once in the cellar grape is skidded, then it is deposited in stainless steel containers with shirts controlled temperature after the pre-cold maceration alcoholic fermentation is performed at 28 ° C. Before malolactic fermentation, it is macerated for 25 days, then finally aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.

Wine clean and bright high layer of cherry red and pink trim, its aroma is complex and frank with scents of oak, peach, red and black fruit with hints confit, its entrance is subtle, with fresh acidity and elegant aftertaste, Golos long.

Las tierras amparadas por la DOC Priorat tienen unos límites geográficos que provienen de una herencia humana y geológica. El Priorato de la “llicorella” (pizarra) es una región con personalidad formada a partir de la geología, de los pueblos y del cultivo. El vínculo histórico proviene de la correspondencia de estas tierras con los dominios directos de la Cartoixa de Scala Dei. La situación en el corazón del Priorat hace que a partir del año 1917 se funden las cooperativas de Gratallops, la Vilella Alta, la Vilella Baixa y el Lloar de las que es sucesora la actual Vinícola del Priorat.
