Description
Melior Barrica is a red wine whose production is at the hands of the Matarromera wineries. A varietal wine, 100% Tempranillo whose designation of origin is Ribera de Duero.
For its preparation the traditional method is followed, it fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks for 10 or 14 days at a controlled temperature, once completed is left for 6 months rest in new American oak barrels that is finally bottling and where it remains six months.
A red wine clean and bright cherry red color with violet sparkles in nose is an intense aroma of red ripe fruit combined with pleasant spicy notes, and notes subtle toast obtained from rearing its entry into portente and mouth is wide, leaving a delicious and creamy taste.
