Description
Berceo Crianza Selection is a red wine with Designation of Origin Rioja, Bodegas Berceo prepared by a wine made from three different types of grapes, Graciano, Mazuelo and Tempranillo.
The process begins with the manual selection of grapes from vines over 50 years, wine makes a pre-fermentation maceration temperature controlled as alcoholic fermentation. Once the malolactic fermentation is aged for a year with three racking in French oak barrels medium toast.
Wine very well structured cherry red color, its aroma reminiscent of blackberries and blueberries with a light background of licorice acompñado aromas subtle vanilla, mocha and minerals that give it complexity, finally, its taste is fleshy and persistent.
