Castillo Perelada is the group responsible for the production of Cresta Rosa Premium, another wine ""needle"" and the famous pink Blanc Pescador, both major figures of elegance brother.

A wine made from two types of grape varieties, Pinot Noir and Syrah passing through a natural fermentation whose designation of origin is Empordà. Used during manufacturing processes where the flower must is temperature controlled to stop a young parenting.
