Cuatro Rayas winery is responsible for the development of Poema Verdejo white wine. These wineries that carry more than 80 years of history, is one of the wineries with the greatest impact on the Designation of Origin Rueda.
This wine is made entirely of a single type of grape variety, the Verdejo. For processing the grapes first fermented in stainless steel removed from lees for at least three months, then maceration is also performed in the cold for 12 hours.
A white wine that comes with a very clean and bright pale gold that has a delicate aroma of fennel, something very typical of the variety of selected grape, which has a predominant flavor green banana apple.
