Description
Mar de Frades is a classic wine of Denomination of Origin Rias Baixas and one of the most famous white wines of Spain.
A wine 100% Albariño that after selection, only 58% of the grapes are macerated in macerators Ganymede, where they remain for 32 hours with the skins between CO2, thus obtaining a clean wine with strong floral presence, once obtained the must is fermented with its own yeast for three weeks. Finally it is aged for six months with a newspaper ""battonage"" to filtration and bottling.
Wine silt fine radiant color with reflections of seaweed, aroma smells clear stone fruit, almond blossoms and delicate salt and tropical notes. The palate has a balsamic and Atlantic passage, with flavors of orange marmalade and herbs.

La bodega, que inauguró nuevas instalaciones en el año 2007, se encuentra a pie del viñedo Finca Valiñas, en la ladera de un monte situado en el centro del valle del Salnés.
