Red wine of Somontano produced by the winery Viñas Vero, Secastilla is a fine expressing the purity of mountain viticulture wine.
For its preparation 100% Garnacha grapes from sandy loam-stone quite ancient vineyards soil is used. To produce this wine, begins despalillando walk grape vine, then it encuba to make way for the maceration has naturally for three days. Once in the winery, the alcoholic fermentation takes place, malolactic fermentation begins spontaneously so once the reservoir is run off. Finally happens in French oak barrels from Allier for 10 months.
