Description
Blecua is a high-end red wine from the Somontano Denomination of Origin, a wine made from a mixture of four varieties of grapes that has been created from a philosophy of triple selection.
The person in charge of the elaboration of this wine is the Blecua Winery, where the Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo, Garnacha and Syrah variety grapes undergo a first selection in the vintage. Once in the winery, a second manual selection is made before being vinified, each grape is fermented separately in French oak barrels, once the alcoholic fermentation is finished, the wines are transferred to new barrels where they undergo Malola fermentation. ctica and thus be able to start the aging process, aging that takes place in the same barrels for 8 months. Once this time has passed, a selection of the best barrels is made in order to carry out the final assembly that will spend another 12 months in barrels.
A very attractive cherry-colored wine with a high layer that has a intense and complex aroma of roasted and chocolate with a licorice background, a powerful and tasty entry that leaves a fruity character in the mouth.
