Beronia Crianza is a red wine made by Bodegas Beronia Designation of Origin Rioja and part of the González Byass group. A winery located in the heart of La Rioja Alta, in the municipality of Ollauri. A classic wine made from Tempranillo, Garnacha and Mazuelo, grapes come from vineyards surrounding the winery. For processing a slow temperature controlled fermentation is performed with several newspapers remounted, after fermentation the wine is rested for 12 months in deposits and 12 months in barrels mixed with staves of American oak and French oak background. Finally, before the market is aged in bottle for three months. deep red wine has an appealing aroma of red fruits, flowers and herbs that taste is balanced and sweet, where fruit and liquorice stand out against a background of chocolate and coffee.
