La Bodega Martin Codax is responsible for making the Four Steps, a wine whose name comes from four bear footprints were discovered in a vineyard in the area of El Bierzo.
Red wine is part of the wines O.D. Bierzo is made 100% grape Mencia from vineyards with an average age of 80 years. His process begins with fermentation of the must in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, upon completion of the wine spends 2 months aging in French and American oak.
A wine high layer cherry red with purple hues, the nose is notable for its high average intensity where red fruit stands (cherry, cherry and plum), with a background of vanilla and touch floral violet. The palate has a very well structured surround freshness.
