Bodegas Protos presents an elegant red wine reserve and full of character if you're a lover of good wine not to miss in your cellar, we refer to the Protos Reserva, one of the wines better valuation has led critics.
This wine is made from 100% Tinto Fino grapes harvested by hand which is selected once in the cellar. Its consists vinification of fermentation in stainless steel with temperature control and maceration of 21 days with several daily pumping. Finally spends 18 months in oak barrels (20% American barrels a year, 30% French oak barrels for a year and 50% new French oak barrels).
A deep red nose gives off an intense aroma of black fruit, licorice with light hints of vanilla, spices and toasted palate is intense and succulent with excellent acidity.
